Energetic Women Leadership Team
Application
The Energetic Women Leadership Team consists of volunteer leaders and an MEA Staff Liaison.
The application period is closed for 2024/2025. It will reopen for 2025/2024 early next year.
Selection
Each new candidate must write a letter of interest, and can have a written recommendation from a current Energetic Women Leadership Team Member (for MEA members only) (optional); for non-members, they need a strategic reason to serve on the Leadership Team (i.e. location of conference, support for conference, etc.); as well as a letter of interest and a written recommendation from a current Energetic Women Leadership Team Member (optional). Interested candidates are encouraged to talk to Energetic Women Leadership Team Members at the annual conference. The deadline for new leadership recommendations occurs in July each year and the Leadership Team will review the submissions and vote on any incoming candidates.
Each candidate requires:
- Letter of interest
- Current resume
- Approval / support from management / supervisor
- Letter of recommendation from current Energetic Women Leadership Team member (optional)
