Energetic Women Leadership Team
Criteria
The Energetic Women Leadership Team actively participates in planning the annual conference and driving forward the mission. The team consists of a minimum of 12 and maximum of 14 volunteer leaders and an MEA Staff Liaison. The strength of Energetic Women depends upon motivated volunteer leaders.
Non-members (employees of companies that are not members of MEA Energy Association) cannot make up more than 50% of the leadership team. The Energetic Women Leadership Team closely monitors the composition of the team to ensure fair representation. This includes but is not limited to diversity of leadership team members based on the companies they represent and changes to MEA membership.
