Arrival
- If you choose to attend pre-conference industry tours or optional activities, plan to arrive the afternoon or evening of Monday, June 15.
- If you choose to attend pre-conference sessions, plan to arrive by noon on Tuesday, June 16.
- To attend the Welcome Reception, which is the first official conference function, plan to arrive by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 16.
Departure
The conference concludes at noon on Thursday, June 18. For the full event experience, please book return flights after 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 18. (You do not want to miss the closing keynote speaker!)
Hotel Reservations
Reserve your room before May 18, 2026 to receive the Energetic Women discounted rate of $231. Rates are subject to tax. Group rates will be honored three days pre- and post-conference based on availability.

There are various transportation options, including car rental, taxi and Uber/Lyft available to and from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP). Estimated one-way Uber/Lyft fare from (MSP): $40-$65
Parking
The hotel offers valet parking with in-and-out privileges for an estimated $55/night. For self parking, the Loring Parking Ramp is a covered parking garage located right next to the hotel with payment upon exit. In-and-out privileges can be added for an additional $7/night by bringing your ticket to the front desk.
