To be among the first to select pre-conference industry tours, optional activities, sessions, and more, please register by March 31.

Registrants April 1 or after will receive app access to sign up for tours, activities, and sessions on a weekly basis every Friday. 

  • Early bird member rate and deadline: $900 | ends February 28, 2026*
  • Member rate and deadline: $1,200 | ends May 23, 2026
  • Non-member rate and deadline: $1,400 | ends May 23, 2026
  • Late/onsite member rate: $1,400
  • Late/onsite non-member rate: $1,600

Activities such as golf and city tours may have an extra charge.

Take your Energetic Women Conference experience into overtime with an exclusive leadership development add-on designed to help you maximize learning, connection, and impact—before, during, and after the event. This enhanced registration opportunity includes:
  • 1 virtual pre-conference call with your 9 fellow counterparts to set intentions, connect with fellow participants, and align on your personal growth goals (recording will be available for those that can’t make it).
  • Touchpoint sessions woven throughout the Energetic Women Conference to help you integrate insights, strengthen connections, and apply key takeaways in real time.
  • 1-hour virtual facilitated group session with the conference breakout speaker to dive deeper and apply concepts in real life case studies (participant must attend one of two designated breakout sessions at the Energetic Women Conference; session sign up guaranteed).
  • 1:1 working session with Daneen Goncalves, Certified Coach, to create an action plan based your takeaways.
This add-on is limited to just 20 participants (10 per specified breakout topic) to ensure a personalized and high-impact experience. Sign up while registering for the conference.

Eighteen months ago, we selected Minneapolis as the host city for the 2026 Energetic Women Conference based on its central location, connections to the energy sector, and ability to support a conference of this size. We want you to know we are closely monitoring current events and understand that the evolving situation may raise concerns for those planning to attend in June. We are continuing preparations while working with local venue and vendor partners to monitor conditions. The safety of our attendees, speakers, staff, and partners remains our top priority, and we will share updates if plans change.

Because this is a quickly changing situation, we extended the early member rate through February 28, 2026.
